The Red Velvet Cake War

The residents of the mythical (but oh-so-familiar-sounding) Texas town of Sweetgum are known to be a tad eccentric - and they don't come much more eccentric than the Verdeen cousins: Gaynelle, Peaches and Jimmie Wyvette. These three are frantically organizing a family reunion while dealing with their own carload of troubles - cheating husbands, long-gone husbands and no husbands at all.

The Red Velvet Cake Wars was performed at the Cherokee Civic Theatre in 2019 on May 3rd, 4th, 11th & 12th.
